Dear Matthew, We wish to accord our heartfelt appreciation for organising a truly enjoyable and relaxing holiday to the US (12-day USA West Coast Wonder). My family and I had a terrific time in the US. Your helpfulness and professionalism during the trip had made a great difference. We will not forget how you made the special arrangement during our stay at Laughlin with the hotel to put us on our way to a great shopping experience.. Little gesture like this actually meant alot to us and our fellow tour mates. Dynasty is lucky to have you as one of their valued staff. Unlike our initial experience with Dynasty, you have always responded quickly to our emails and attempted to provide solutions and assistance to all our queries and requests. Although our daughter was very upset that she lost her precious cap bought in Grand Canyon, your offer to buy the same cap in your next trip from the Grand Canyon, has lifted her spirit and erased her unpleasant memory. This certainly shows that you have exceeded the call of your duty to delight your customers. We must say that features including a domestic flight to Las Vegas and a one-night stay at Grand Canyon on this reverse itinerary have made this trip a great success. We congratulate you and your Company for this very innovative holiday programme. Dear Sir/Madam I am writing this letter of commendation for your staff, Mr Matthew Ong, though it has been a month now that I and my cousins have returned from our trip to Hawaii and west America (29 May to 11 June). Mr. Ong has been a great help to our group (who opted for a trip to Hawaii besides the trip to West America). Throughout the trip, when in doubt, we could approach him and he is knowledgeable of the places we visited and ever ready to advise use with regard to safety- an important aspect for tourist in a foreign land. He displayed initiative and is also a resourceful person. There was an ugly incident that happened between 2 tourists in our group as we were on our way to Laughlin and we marveled at the way Mr. Ong handled the situation, everything was calm after a "flight" and heated argument. If not for Mr. Ong's firm and tactful way in which he handed the situation, the whole situation could have "blown out of proportion" and got out of hand, as none of the men in our group helped to intervene except for my cousin Kenneth, who walked the woman (victim") away from the man ("aggressor") He went the extra mile when he observed that we were quite lost as to know how to get to the Bally Jubilee Show at Las Vegas. He offered to take us to the Show and not only that, he waited until the Show was over, walked a mother (whose child was under 18 and couldn't attend the show) to the waiting area for taxi and after she boarded the taxi, accompanied us a walk around Las Vegas to see the lights and escorted all of us back to the Hotel. At San Francisco, during our free and easy day, he accompanied all of us to take the special "train" ride and see that we are safe at the Fisherman's Wharf before he went off to the main office. Mr. Matthew Ong is indeed a very conscientious and able employee of yours. We certainly believe he has what it takes to meet the expectations of most tourists. Yours sincerely |

Hi Mary, I had recently just returned from a fantastic trip in Russia & have much to say about the fantastic service rendered by the good people at Dynasty. Let start with Matthew, who was the tour manager throughout those days. He remained professional throughout his tour managing in Russia & was a very calm, collected & steady man. Well done Matthew! You deserve a grand pat on the shoulder! Last but certainly not least, I am a repeat customer, so maybe I have preconceived notion of your agency.? I wish to put on record my appreciation to Sharen See, Tour Leader for my recent trip to US/Canada between 4 NOV to 15 NOV 2004. During the trip, Sharen has always been friendly and most helpful in attending to the requests and needs of the Group. Most of all, i am impressed with her excellent service attitude. I misplaced a newly purchased windbreaker in the factory outlet. As a matter of conversation, I told Sharen about it only when we were departing for S'pore. Without any hesitation, Sharen offered to help trace the item though on the understanding that the chance of retrieval is slim. I am impressed and most appreciative of her effort in helping me to trace the item. Besides, she also took the trouble to keep me informed of the outcome and action taken notwithstanding the fact that the trip has ended. She has certainly demonstrated good customer service and gone beyond her duty as a tour leader. Well done, Sharen!! |
