Responsibility for this procedure
Customers should be aware that the Company is acting as an agent for the service suppliers. After a deposit or full payment is made, all arrangements are still subject to confirmation.
When the arrangements cannot be confirmed, the Company will endeavour to notify the customers at least 2 weeks before departure and a refund of payment of tour fare will be made.
For Cash/Cheque/Nets payments, any refund of monies will be made via Cheque only.
For credit card payments, any refund of monies will be made through the respective credit card or charge card companies. The refund process will normally take about 4-6 working weeks.
